Hello! I'm hoping to start a thread to show the dolls I've gotten (if that's alright!)~ Mostly DDs, but I have a few Smart Dolls I might get around to taking pictures of eventually 😄 Hopefully I'll have all of them posted here by the end of the month! (And hopefully I've figured out how to use Flickr by then... 😅) As of right now, everyone's using random wigs and eyes until I get their final ones in September (hopefully)! I'm trying to experiment with editing a bit on phone pictures according to each girl's style 😄 Here's Vera Lexington, my DDdy Towa! She likes lolita outfits and she'll probably have a big of a magical girl theme! She's wearing the Volks Peach Pink Lolita (?) DDdy outfit! It came with my secondhand D'Coord 😄 It's missing the hat, but it's still pretty cute! Her wig is this one from Volks! And her eyes are her defaults (Volks Animetic Type-J Akane 22mm) Sorry if the quality isn't that great 😦 I don't have my DSLR right now, but I'm honestly convinced my phone takes better pictures at this point since it's just an old Nikon D3300

I was able to make a trip to Doll Point today and create a dream choice cutie! Her name is Mushi, she's a little bug oni, full of sass and personality, and I love her to pieces!

I ordered her a few weeks ago from Ayumist and got a surprise package today! EMS tracking doesn't like to update 😅 I got her on the DD Sister body. I have another DC-H 24 in semi-white, makeup #03. To my surprise, makeup 01 has painted teeth as well, which I never really saw in the promo photos (and that's actually why I originally got an m03) I can't seem to get a good picture of her teeth that doesn't look cursed 🤣 so... take this one Next to my SWS DDdy 24 M03: 👋 Tan is an absolutely gorgeous colour in person! I was pleasantly surprised, I expected it to be much paler from what I've heard. The lighting is bad, but this is (from left to right): Flesh, Tan, Semi-white

Thanks to such a great friend in the community, I was able to get a tan DD boy! I'm still smitten and couldn't believe that I have him! Photos were taken from my Google Pixel 4A. I like how his skin tone is a nice in-between Smart Doll Cinnamon and Tea.

3 New DDs! Dream Choice DCH-24 M03 DDS Boy, Rin Tohsaka v2, Santa Alter!

This week I happened to get 3 new DDs, normally they'd be more spaced out but things happened 😄 so it seems my DDs have multiplied yet again. First Arrival is my Santa Alter, purchased from Mandarake Nagoya- but I re-styled her into an OC, "Dahlia": 2nd arrival is a DD Rin Tohsaka v2/UBW ver! Also purchased from Mandarake Nagoya. Saw her for 55k yen and couldn't ignore the chance at a decent priced v2 rin 😄 3rd and final arrival is my DCH-24 M03 Dream Choice DDS boy! Purchased through sophie baby bear's proxy service 😄 He has a "milk white" ponytail wig, violet o-type eyes and the DD-EA-04 ears released this month! I also got the vivid purple hime-style wig! Towa is using it for now and I think it might stick I doubt I'll ever get so many in a row again so this is exciting! They all arrived this week :3 Santa Alter on Sunday, Rin Wednesday and the DC boy on Thursday (today). -
I just received two new dolls. A Dollfie Dream D'Coord DDH18 who I shared over here. And a Dollfie Dream Dream Choice DDH26 - who I will share here. I have taken tons of photos over on my blog here: https://www.geekysweetie.com/dollfie-dream-dream-choice-ddh26-m02-slim-dds-boy-arrival-unboxing-comparrison/ - Where I show the DDSB slim boy with all of my other various sizes of dolls - and also image dump a bunch more pics of my DDH18 for those interested in her too. I used a proxy service provided by Sophie Bear to bring home my new dolls. - Thanks again! My DDH26 is on the DDSB Slim Boy body and has M02 faceup. He is Fresh or Flesh color. He is wearing the new F11/11-2 Wig and new WK-24 eyes. I forgot to buy a body suit for him so I haven't dressed him yet, so he's still in his undershirt and boxers from Volks lol. Also FYI this new wig has a black wig cap so you'll definitely want a wig cap underneath the wig. Thankfully, I had a few wig caps on some of my other dolls with lighter colored wigs so I was able to steal one of those. Here are some of my favorite photos of my new boy. Also when it comes to pairing him with girls, height and width wise, I think he's absolutely perfect with DDP, but my only 2 DDP are super baby faced and anime style, while the new DDH26 is almost similar to smart doll's semi-real line. The head is smaller, eyes smaller, nose larger, etc which makes him look not quite right with my girls. I also think he's fine to pair with MDD or Azone Iris Petite, where as with my other boy on the regular Dollfie Dream body, he looks a bit pedo with the smaller dolls lol. The Slim boy is much better for couple pairing with smaller dolls, but be careful which facesculpts you use. I kinda want to get another Slim boy now with a super cute anime baby style head - to make into like some shoujo manga characters - like Yukito from card captor or similar young anime boys - which would look much better with my young looking girls. I welcomed my Dollfie Dream Boy via Dream Choice about a year ago now. I used Japan Doll Direct as my proxy. He is on the taller of the two available Dollfie Male bodies. In these last photos his (blue dream choice) eyes were starting to fall inside his head. The dream fitter tool thing isn't very good. I switched him to some etsy green eyes I had and put them in with Mack's Ear Plugs.

I may be using a proxy service to get myself a Dollfie Dream boy through the Dream Choice, The character im thinking about using for this doll is Ciel Phantomhive from Black Butler. I was just wondering what head sculpt would look best for him? Also any websites that sell victorian outfits for dolls?
