They do seem to say on a different tweet that they are only showing the body and that clothes, face-up, etc are just an example. So everything about her might be different on the actual release. IIRC they were one of the first official distributors of TinyFox in Japan, and their website says they’re an “official business partner” of TinyFox, but as you can see, they also sell other doll brands and report on non-doll related pop culture and media, so they’re kind of all over the place. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Milk Posted October 2 When I saw the LaPeonier tweet this morning, I was happy that a new non-macoco 1/4 girl is on the way. Until I realised the displayed head is simply Raya? Nonetheless I'm happy that TinyFox is looking at releasing a different 1/4 body type again. I missed all of the 1/4 releases prior the macoco line. Looking forward what they're going to come up with! The hands look so pretty and elegant. I don't know about American Girl specifically, but @cospigeon on instagram had a post showing a couple of 18in doll shoes on the thick macoco legs! I think the material and style might play factor into the fit. The first thing I did for my Fluffy was buy two pairs of generic shoes meant for 43-45 cm dolls. With my examples, the shorter white sneakers fit a bit better than the brown boots. With the brown ones I couldn't completely get the sole of the foot flat with the shoe and it bulges a bit in the back due to the heel being lifted. Both are made of fake leather material. As a side note, this means socks meant for 18 inch dolls fit Macoco, too. Thankfully Kitsune (my little fox girl) seems to like her too. Thank goodness for that because they'll be sharing a room, and I don't want to be woken up by tiny arguments from them in the middle of the night. 😁 Photos soon when I can persuade hubby to bring their room out of storage. @Ayrell, glad you like the name Shika. I agree the shorter form is the cutest. How exciting that all the Poison cutie will be shipped soon.
