I've done that before, and getting highlight and shadow areas to look right is challenging. The effort goes a long way towards making her look more real than doll, so the time spent was worth it. Thank you! Average each photo took me 10-30min depends on the complexity. I used spot healing brush, liquify and stamp tool to edit the joint mostly.
