baldylox Posted February 26, 2023 It's been a really long time since I adopted my favorite anime character girl doll Ryomou Shimei from Ikki Tousen. She was the 7th doll I ever bought. I adore her character and she's been one of my favorite dolls ever. But I've always wanted to get another one of her so I could have twins. Twins are just so cool and so cute in pics! I did indeed get her a custom eye because when I got her, she did not have her original eye in. Finding just the eye is near impossible so I had several customs made to try and find one I liked. But a few years back I bought a full outfit set for her as a spare and it came with a default eye. Supposedly. I swapped it for the custom thinking it was the real one. But now that Mou-chan has shown up with her eye looking like it does, I'm not sure which is correct. So I'll dig thru my old Volks magazines and find the big ads for her and Kanu. My original is such a show off, she's very at home in her skin and doesn't care who sees her. I think she has been hanging around with Manami too long. 😄 Mou-chan seems to be a bit more reserved but she might try on other styles later on. Until I saw your photos I didn't realise her eye was closed. I'd really like a doll with dreamy half closed eyes. I did see a SD I liked last year but she looked in bad condition. As for the eyepatch, there are quite a few available from places like Nightfallwalker, Nine9Style and Alice's Collections. Most run less than $10 so for $50 or less Towa can go full cosplay with Ryomou! My two Mou-chans say hello you your Kirikas!
