Alice in Wonderland/ Red Riding Hood

I kind of want an almost Alice in Wonderland/ Red Riding Hood character (all in blue of course). Where would I be able to fine nice lolita blue shoes and a straight blue wig thats easy to take care of?(Instructions on how to make them would also be really cool)

Not sure about the other things, but I got a couple of mini baskets from one of my local craft stores, Pat Catan for like $1.50. Maybe you could try a craft store near you.

There was also a cute Lolita dress set from Kyoto 9 though that would be quite a bit above your budget and I know how important it is to follow said budgets
