A name for Maria?

Hee-ho to everyone :D

I have a few pictures of Maria unboxing and something more about her personality... Too bad I haven't found any cool name for her!

 

The box arrived at 4.30 PM!

I have used the pouch to cover my name, written on the bubblewrap >.<

Her stuffed friend were not included... I was a bit disappointed when I have opened the box and found out he were missing >_> but I was really happy to see that her outfit and wig are like brand-new *.*

I just LOVE her deep blue eyes!

 

Latooni was a bit reluctant at first...

 

...But lately she realized the new girl have her same size!

 

I have bought her used: she was forced to sit in a shop window, day and night, for over 6 months! When she appeared on Y!Japan I felt so sad for her and I gave her the chance for a new, completely different life^^

 

Latooni is playing the big sister role^^

She is really happy to have someone of her same size!

 

I have ordered that white dress from Nightfall for Fortuna, but it looks cute also on the MDD body!

It is still baggy, but "Maria" likes to wear comfortable clothes!

Latooni: "Wear this underskirt! It will make your a lot more cute!"

 

Ta-daa!

Latooni don't want to leave her new sister!

 

After a few questions we discovered something really weird...

She can't talk!!!!

 

We were all sad for her condition! Latooni overall was so worried!

 

"Maria" is so happy to have someone who can understand her! She hugged Latooni to thank her!

I have never had a sister or a brother in my life and I know what loneliness is... That's why I want to give many sisters to Latooni: she will never be alone^^

Luna

A pretty lame name... I have choose this name bacause of my current obsession with the moon: I love to spend time watching the moon and the stars when I can't sleep. I like it also because I feel a bond with the deep meaning of "The Moon" tarot card: "The Moon" tarot is associated with creativity, inspiration, dreams, fantasy, the subconscious and also trickery, madness, illusions, loneliness and fear, but it also represent empathy and (like "The High Priestess") the possibility to keep track of the people you love.

 

Mana, 見

It means "chance", "hopes", and "ideas". [beware of SPOILERS] ->It is also the name of the daughter of Shiki and Mikiya, main characters of the OAV serie "Kara no Kyoukai"

 

Rosemary

It is similar to her original name. My boyfriend likes to call her with this name due to his recent addiction to Foo Fighters: "Dear Rosemary" is the 3rd song of their latest album, "Wasting Light".

As for the name, +1 for Mana.

Congrats on getting her, too bad she didn't come with her stuffed toy. I'm glad to see Latooni has accepted her already.

 

Is she mute, or is it just a temporary condition? Do you know?

 

As for the name, I like Luna. It seems to fit given its emphasis on empathy and the way you told her story and the concern you showed for her. I'm sure she'll return that level of caring to you as well.

Congrats on getting her home! She is tooooo cute! I love the little white dress on her even if it may be a bit big. It looks very comfy!

 

It's sad to hear she can't talk tho.... is it only temporary? Or will she never be able to talk? That would be kind of sad....

Estel!

 

 

Estel means "hope" in the elven language created by Tolkien and it sound similar to "Estelle", a word born from the mixing of many words meaning "star" (Estrella, Etoile, Stella, Sterne). It is also the name of a character of Tales of Vesperia that looks similar to Maria. Also "The Star" tarot card represents hopes, and we all hopes she can gain her own voice!

She currently "talks" thanks to Latooni support. She have a really faint voice... I wonder what happened to her.

She is so cute! I'm glad Latooni is not alone now, it's always good to have a sister to rely on. ^^ They are such an adorable pair!

Estel is a perfect name for her! She is adorable in that latest photo!
