      I wish I could, but its a long shot. The images came from a Facebook video that was posted by a CLAMP fan group that posts in Spanish. I read all the comments, but tracing the video back to its origan and getting a response might not be possible. I've already done a little detective work, but I can't find it anywhere else.

      The problem is not the size but the quality of the photo. It’s hard to see her nose (the shape and how high/low it sits relative to other features because of the light/shading) and lips (whether they’re molded or flat). If you want to recreate Tomoyo, I think DWC #01 is quite similar (but not the same since the ears are different) or maybe mod a DDH-27, but like I said earlier, it doesn’t look like anything Volks offers off the shelf. She’s either been heavily modded or is a head from a completely different company (possibly Chinese, in which case it’s going to be extremely difficult to accurately identify). Can you ask the person who posted these photos for more info?

      I believe the two DD recasts we've seen produced were resin. I know Miku was, but I can't recall for sure if Saber was.

      Vinyl is very difficult manufacture small scale. If they really are vinyl that would be a shocking scale of reproduction, because the metal molds for casting them can cost thousands (have to hire a factory, pay actual production costs for casting too). If that's the case they have to really be expecting meaningful volumes of interest in counterfeits 😦 I wonder if these are cast in flexible polyurethane resin instead? That would make sense for a (relatively) small scale operation.
