      You can Tighten the Screw at the Neck Peg Jointing-Point. you can also either slip several Silicon O-Rings on the Peg to Clamp the Head down and induce Friction-Based Tightness... or instead Tightly Wrap the Peg with PVC Tape so that the Head may be Firmly Pressed into Place...

      Yeah, I genuinely couldn't imagine treating a customer like that, it just goes against basic respect. I'm not super into the figure world but I know some companies will just release figures of random pretty girls, so the fact that your doll was not explicitly related to any IP shouldn't have been THAT much of a factor. There are garage kits, which in my opinion are similar to customizing a Dollfie, and that was actually the market Volks targeted back in the early days. These dolls are literally posable figures anyways (that's where the name Dollfie comes from. Portmanteau of doll and figure.) You asked beforehand and he still treated you like that? Oh my God. I wouldn't be doing business with them in the future either. If you haven't already I would leave a review. That behaviour deserves to be called out.

      Nerd stores (my lifetime experiences are mostly with comic and tabletop RPG shops) are notoriously run and staffed by people with low social ability and there does seem some level of natural selection towards those with low empathy.

      Unfortunately I'm going to have to disagree. 2.0 Dollfies simply have loose necks, as they have a slit cut out of the back to allow for greater flexibility. I believe there is a way to make the heads less floppy, but it requires the O-rings. I can take a picture when I get home.

      Final update for the Sacrificial Bow:  Overall, the 3D print is 'decent', but I'm getting some better resin with less brittleness this week.  I tried having Llenn hold it yesterday, and it fell out of her gripping hands. I think I'll be getting both types of gripping hands for Diona, just in case. (Also, I should paint it before I assemble it? lol) These little filigree/swirls were a pain, too! (found out my hands aren't nearly as steady as they used to be!)    Printing another one might be a better idea, especially if I can get some minor details cleaned up, too. Otherwise, I'm not at all disappointed. Final coatings were a 'light' coat of clear, with some white pearl powder, to give more luster, then Vallejo Clear Acrylic Varnish for a protective coating, to minimize any paint transfer to the hands.  No string was added, to keep people from trying to stretch it when she's displayed.  But, here it is. (First edition, anyways.)   Thanks for looking!    Rick.
