      There's lots of opportunities inside the house! Especially if you aren't afraid to be one of the 'props':    You can also try to see your house/home from their perspective, and give a shot at taking pictures from a low angle.  I normally don't use a stand, unless I'm with my local doll folks and we're having them on display. But, there are some times that having a stand is a good thing: I'm one of those that don't really care if the stand is in the picture or not. (also, I'm too lazy to figure out editing tools)  If you just need to get more comfortable with posing your Kiddo(s), starting off in the house is a great idea!    Mostly, Have FUN!! (It's what they want, too!)     Rick

      This 👆 100%. I love seeing and taking a good desk photo hahah  If you’re not ready to go outdoors there’s also a lot of fun ways to take indoor photos that don’t need a setup. My favorite are what I call ‘elf on the shelf’ style doll photos where the dolls are interacting with human-sized objects. Holding pencils, electronics, kitchen knives (lol), or just generally getting up to something mischievous. They’re such fun pictures to take and to look at, and they cost basically nothing to set up.

      AW, this actually made me so happy?? I'll have to dress her up for photos soon then! You're right, I should still be having fun with her even if I can't do anything fancy!! Yeahhh... I definitely worry about that a lot... But I also love the idea of getting interesting photos! It's so difficult to balance those LOL OH GOSH WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I'll definitely see if I can fit my stand in my bag whenever I go out then, my goodness!!
