      Howdy! I’m Caius but I go by Cai (usually just pronounced Kai unless you’re in Wales lol) and my pronouns are he/him! I’m from a 22 year old psych student from Canada. I’ve been into dolls my whole life but came across bjd I think back around 2017ish. I found out about vinyl anime dolls shortly after and immediately knew I wanted one since I’ve been a fan of anime since sixth grade!  Due to the price I was unable to afford them so I mostly just looked longingly at others’ dolls but now I’m an adult with adult money and I’m putting together my first pair of DDBs with secondhand bodies I got off of Mercari JP.  I’m big into cosplay, anime, sewing (& other crafts), plants, and horses. I’ve already started sewing some simpler pieces for my dolls. Speaking of anime, my two dolls are based off of Dazai from Bungo Stray Dogs and an OC of mine. BSD is one of my favourite anime of all time so if you’re a fan I’d love to yammer on about it!  I’ve lurked on this forum before and I think made an account a while back that I forgot the password to but I’m looking forward to chatting with all of y’all! ^u^

      This is good because the cold designs tend to be pretty cheap! You can often find them for less than half the going price of a blindbox. I agree that Tilly’s pearlescent hair is fabulous. I hope they re-use her faceplate in later generations. There are only three faceplates if you can believe it, but they’ve managed to make each one look so unique. Also, idk if you saw, but C4F is releasing a new line of boy dolls called Niyru Loi. I don’t think they’re out yet, but they might be something that interests you.
