Custom clothing/costumes by commission?

Hi all, it's been a while since I posted (although I haven't stopped checking the forum out when I can), but I have a question relating to purchasing or ordering custom costumes.

 

Do any of you know if there are online stores or people who I could contact regarding a custom commission? I have a fairly complex design for a DDy in mind which I'd love to have made. The props and weapons I can do myself with modelling materials, but the level of detail in the clothing is way beyond my capability.

 

Any information or direction you ladies and gents can provide would be much appreciated.
