Information on this Faceup Artist?

Does anyone have any information on this faceup artist? I messaged her via flickr, but haven't received a response yet.

 

I fell in love with their custom Mikuru as I want to customize my Mikuru

I think they have a twitter account, I know I've seen newer work from them either there or on Yahoo Auctions. Good luck ^_^

I've seen their work on YJA, http://sellinglist.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/user/ruki_1127. Nothing relevant being offered there right now though.
