The thing is, I bought an Smart Doll 2 days ago straight from Danny's website and I did pay it through PayPal with my debit card. However, as of now, I have not received any emails yet for the order confirmation or payment confirmation, though the website told payment did go through and got accepted. Should I still wait? Might it be that they need to withdraw the money from their PayPal account for the order to finally get accepted?? I am so confused guys.. Thanks for your valuable help! You the best! Bye! Mysha Posted November 18, 2015 I just checked my emails. I got "Order confirmation for order #...." just before I got a notification from Paypal about a payment to MIRAI INC. A week after I got "Shipping confirmation". If you really haven't got any confirmation, drop an email to Danny at support _at_ smartdoll.jp and ask if everything is ok. Can you please give me the link or email for the Customer Contact or Support from the website? I can't find it in the website and have been looking for a while! is it support@smartdoll.jp as you said? - Also, I live in the UK, how long you reckon might take for the doll to arrive? (I know it depends on customs, tolls etc) but would you say that: 1 week for shipment and then another week or week and a half for arrival to Europe? (maybe 2 weeks or so)? Just an approximate..
