Dollfie Dream Carrying Case

Anyone else here thinking about buying it? Seems like a neat way to both carry and/or store dollfies .

I am! I need a safe way to travel with my Dollfies. Or at least one of them. (Though at the same time, yeah... That'll be fun to try and store...)

I bought a black one from the last go around Volks US had and I love mine.

 

It's on;ly *supposed* to carry one DD but I have fit 3 in there before. It was tight and no added padding could be inserted other than towels for the faces. But still, it's how I transport my girls and it's very nice.

That shows the interior of the bags and how well they fit the Dollfies. If you can get one, I'd certainly tell you that you won't regret it. Especially if you only have one or tweo girls to carry or store.

Really? That's fantastic! I hope to buy at least one or two more dollfie dreams than the one I have at the moment. So to know that these bags could hold more than one is a big plus! Cool link by the way .

Now that I think about it, what are you going to do now that you have so many daughters, Baldylox? You need two bags now.

Galvatim, you can easily fit Louise and another DD in the bag. Heck since Louise is an MDD, you could put 3 girls in the bag and have more room than I do with mine!

 

Mitsuki, I was thinking about this too. If I don't get another Volks bag, I'll prolly wind up getting a large duffle bag to carry ALL the girls in at once. While I like the small size of the Volks bag, I'm not all that happy about crmming 3 girls in there. So far there have been no incidents, but I'd rather not tempt fate any longer than I have to.

 

I'll have to think about it soon too because I have more doll meets coming up.

Billy, I'll take pictures of the bag I use to carry around the Furious Five. It's a rolling duffel gotten through Evil Sith*Mart (Walmart) and I have put "museum foam" padding inside for some added protection. Then the dolls get wrapped in individual baby blankets. Yes, four 60cm dolls and a MDD fit in there nicely. Probably a sixth doll could fit as well.

My bag came today, along with my DD Compilation book, I'm quite pleased with it. My metal base c-type stand fits, there's tons of room for Dollfies and clothes, and everything seems to be of good quality. I just have nowhere to put it...

Glad to hear you got that in! Just stuff it under your bed or in the closet for now! Or put it under the kitchen table.... I'm sure it will be fine. XD

Lol! I wish I could get in my closet... Once I pay off my car next year, I'll look into moving out and maybe have some space then... Might go to Japan first...

Aoi seems to have stopped caring now that she moved to the desk instead of the shelf... I still have to find a good spot to store her wings too...

That's so funny. Maybe Aoi considers it your problem now. Those wings are awesome, but they are probably hard to store.

 

Moving is a lot of work, but it's worth it if you like your new place better.

Yeah, I guess Aoi just wanted to get at the computer easier. Or she's just waiting for warmer weather...

 

I live with my parents right now, so having my own place would be nice... Madison is too expensive to live on your own, at least if you buy a new car...

 

I really want to go to Japan... I've been looking into those programs that employ you there to teach english, but the classes for the organization here in Madison I found are full time 8-5, which would be hard with work. I work full time, evenings and weekends, but if I do the classes too, I'd never get any sleep...

Classes and a full time job does sound crazy. We are in the lab all the time too. There is no way I could do another job on top of this one.

I wouldn't mind getting one, but the carrying case that I like is always out of stock. It's the SD Violin (Hard). Maybe I should just wait until a woodsman agreed to make me a custom-hardwood violin case. Well, it's only a dream. It may or may not happen, so I will leave it to chance!
