'Sakura Bookstore' custom heads?

I wasn't sure where to put this so I'm sorry if this isn't right. I searched the forum & couldn't find anything else on these dolls.

I was browsing Yahoo auctions when I stumbled upon a custom doll head by 'Sakura Bookstore'. I couldn't find what it was based on (Like how they usually say which dollfie head it was customized on) & I don't recognize her so is she one of a kind? Thoughts?

She kinda looks like a Takane head, to be honest, but I can't say for 100%

Hi this is an original Sakurahonya head sculpt in resin i believe (the photos seems from one of their auctions), they have a couple of molds for sale in their website (though they are quite expensive, 350 usd each ) http://www.sakurahonya.com/ and facebook page https://www.facebook.com/SAKURAHONYA/ i think it could be this one http://www.sakurahonya.com/products/夢の中でしか恋できない少女----　綾音先輩.html or a one off, they mainly produce dresses for DDs anyway

I know right? She's beautiful! If I wasn't saving for Emilia at the end of the mouth I would've snatched her up! But I will defiantly watch this seller in the future.
