bbotss Posted December 18, 2017 May I know if anyone has purchased Cheerydoll DD outfits before, and if the sizing was accurate? I purchased this outfit http://www.cheerydoll.com/dollenglish/product_view.htm?categoryID=00223&assortID=000002311 in DD-M size for my DD Asuna Titania ver, but some of the pieces of the outfit seemed too small! The most obvious was the outer skirt, because I could not zip up the entire skirt properly. If I were to squeeze Asuna's body any more, her back would become concave. So the zip of the skirt is stuck under the waistband. I have also tried to line up the two sides for the zip to go up smoothly, but it can't be done without more squeezing. (Poor Asuna ) 20171218_231304 by Berrybell, on Flickr The corset was also too tight, although not as obvious as the outer skirt. It was a little hard to pull up around the shoulders and arms, and the hook at the back required me to squeeze Asuna's body a little for it to close properly, but I managed both. However, due to the corset-style lacing at the back, the half-done zip is super obvious through the corset lacing. Her long hair covers the back of the corset and the half-done zip, but it really bothers me because the outfit was so expensive! Last problem I had was with the stockings. It was a minor problem really; the stockings were too tight to go over the ankle joints properly. A LOT of pulling was required, and I was afraid of tearing them, but eventually I got them to go over the ankle joints. The stockings fit the legs, but kind of bunch around the feet and ankles, and more pulling was required to stretch the stockings evenly. I have to declare that the quality of the outfit is amazing, and Asuna looks SO GORGEOUS from the front! I've emailed Cheerydoll with my concerns and requested for an exchange for a better sized skirt (I can live with the stockings and corset). Now I'm just hoping that my problem can be resolved painlessly.
Cauldroness Posted December 18, 2017 I think the 1-piece torso is a little bit thicker than the normal 2-piece torso, especially around the waist, which may explain why the skirt doesn't quite fit at the waist. Oh I see! Thanks for the info! I'll let Cheerydoll know; they were very apologetic after reviewing the photos I sent and offered to replace the set. Now I feel bad because the only big issue is with the skirt and the others are relatively minor imo.
Anna-neko Posted December 19, 2017 I've just tested one-piece torso VS reg M-bust with Santa Alter dress yawp, one-piece torso has slightly thicker waist and bigger bust! That 1.5~2cm size difference really make tight dresses difficult to close all the way

That 1.5~2cm size difference really make tight dresses difficult to close all the way Thank you for helping to check! That would be something to keep in mind when I order clothes in future. No wonder I was struggling to get the corset and skirt closed. I actually went back to check that I did not choose the wrong size when placing my order haha.
