Smart doll male pants measurements?

I am trying to figure out if I pair of pants I'd like to buy for my soon to be smart doll guy will fit, and I was wondering if someone out there with a male body would be willing to post the following measurements:

 

Total height

waist cirbleepference

hip cirbleepference

Length of legs from the hip

Widest leg cirbleepference
