Considering Freckling

I have a doll body (DDf3) I'm considering freckling the heckie up. But I've never done anything like this in my life and the concept is scary! I have MSC alread, and some pastels and acrylics, but... any tips would be appreciated!

The goal for her is freckles on every visible part of her. Hands. Arms. All freckles, all the time. I'm sending her head off for a faceup soon in a similar vein, but body blushing seems more difficult to find, so I'm considering trying it myself. ^^;

You should message Eblktty here, she's a master when it comes to doing freckles.  She's done two of my girls and I got to watch her do one of them.  It was a very involved process, especially for the sealing.  It's not an impossible thing to do but it's not quick or easy.  But the results can be amazing.

Eblktty went for more realistic freckles so there are several colors and sizes used for them.  I think they came out perfect.  Definitely message her and ask about the process, I'm sure she will be happy to give you some pointers.
