I have a concept of the front done by a friend on amino and I don’t have a set budget. I sent reference images and my doll's measurements. The outfit looks amazing, and they were very pleasant and professional! They mention on their Rules page that they don't make gloves with fingers, and I know sailor scouts were gloves, but maybe a mitten style sort of glove might be an option?
