Shoe stain protection formulas for doll for skin

Recommended Posts

As someone who is very new to vinyl bjds, I would like to know about different products people use to protect their dolls from stains and grime. Does anyone have any experience with products like this?

Putting something like that on your DD, or on anything that will come into contact with your DD, is a very bad idea - the chemicals could damage your doll extensively. Most collectors use protective body stockings and cautious handling. Some like myself will wear protective cotton or latex/vinyl/nitrile gloves, too. I also suggest looking for shoes that have a light-colored or white-colored lining if staining is a big concern with shoes. The same goes for clothing and wigs as well.

When it comes to stains, Remove-zit is king. Volks does make a 'Dream Rescue' cream that does the same thing, however in my experience Remove-zit is far more effective even for the worst of stains.
