This is the first time for me that Volks USA has shipped something out so fast. I’m guessing she’s gonna sit at a sorting facility for a long time since she’s estimated not to arrive for a while. (For anyone wondering, I dug around and the delivery for Arle was late December) I think she had the vinyl sweats when she arrived, or her face could have been shiny based on temperature changes from outdoors to indoors? Either way, it was easy to wipe off. yeah, i'm pretty sure that was moisture condensation forming on her skin from the rapid changeover from hours in bone cold environs such as the delivery truck, to the (presumably) well-heated atmosphere of your house... sinclair Posted January 1, 2021 Arle and Ranko were both shipping late December. The other DD's were January. With how messed up USPS was I paid the extra to have Ranko shipped guaranteed, but they still were late so I need to shot Volks an email to see about getting the shipping fees refunded from USPS. And since I was going to be out of town for Christmas I put a mail hold so that they wouldn't try to leave her on the doorstep all weekend. But USPS is so messed up that they didn't hold my mail, and delivered her anyway. Luckily for me it was right before I left, basically the mailman showed up as I was loading up the car. I was kinda hoping that they had changed the fabric this time around, but those socks really do stain. I'm glad I had a body suit on her. This weekend Reina went to play in the snow with us, so when we got home I took her outfit off so she wasn't in wet clothes.
