Help to identify a doll

Hello, I have a friend that aquired a used doll but have no information about it, she asked me for help, but since my knowledge its pretty much zero as well, I decided to ask here. Does any one knows any information about this doll? Thanks for any help you can provide and sorry if I posted on the wrong forum.

Kinda looks like a Switch doll. But I'm not too familiar with them. 

That face looks so familiar, but I can't place it for the life of me.  Aesthetically it looks like an older sculpt.  Is there no identification on the back of the head or inside the head/headcap at all?

You could probably get this identified pretty quickly if you post it on Instagram with some bjd hashtags, though.

My first thought was he could be either from Akagi Doll or Doll Leaves, but I'm not entirely sure. The body looks very similar to ones by Akagi Doll, but this boys hands look completely different and the knee joint is slightly different too.

Seconding @OccultBeast does the head/headcap have any markings? A lot of companies either have an inscription inside the head or a plaque of some kind of the headcap with the company name. I definitely agree with posting him on Instagram, someone is bound to recognise him.

 

What size? The body reminds me of Little Monica, but I assume it is larger than MSD?
I was also going to say Akagi doll, but I am not sure either. It looks so familiar!

Really need the back of the headcap and the interior of the head to know for sure.
