People in the same house making accounts?

Sorry if the title is a little wordy, but I couldnt find this anywhere in the guidelines, so i thought I'd ask! I know DoA has a rule where two people who live together (and have the same IP) can't both make accounts without alerting the DoA mods since it'll be seen as making multiple accounts. Is there a similar rule here, by any chance?

Just as an FYI (for anyone, not just OP!): you only need to message the DoA mods about this before you do it and let them know so they can make note of it.  You can have multiple accounts per household on DoA, just not multiple accounts per person.
As for this forum, I won't make any claims since I'm not part of the mod team, of course~

As far as I know the system doesn’t block you from doing it but it would be advisable to notify the forum admin that two people with the same IP have accounts. Otherwise you could get caught up in a sweep of sock accounts. 

This should maybe be in the guidelines.
