Advice on repairing pleather / vinyl outfits that have delaminated

Any advice on repairing this and having it presentable, have this problem on both Lagla and Marya.

According to this thread, a member here has had some success repairing their deteriorating vinyl/faux leather doll outfit using this repair kit.

Been thinking along those lines however I’m not sure what type of finish it dries to.  I expect Lagla to be the be a much harder project, the outfit being more complex and the damage being far worse
