I'd credit yourself a lot more than the gear. A capable photographer can take a better picture with an iPhone than I can with my D800 & expensive prime lenses. The only significant difference is probably the creation of a raw file versus a pre-processed jpg image. 

In the end, whether it's film or digital, all the camera does is gather data about something you chose to point it at. The huge difference in those images is what you're pointing it at, and I'm guessing you've improved at post-processing too, so you're doing more with the data you gather.

She looks beautiful, sweet, gentle, and innocent in those photos, so it's really well done imo. 

Thank you! Yes I did learned a lot in lightroom color tweaking and photoshop photo processing too.
 Here's the photo of raw vs edit. 

Usually my raw photos wasn't great, I don't care about the colors and white balance, only focus on getting the subject focus and sharp, minimum ISO and not over exposure on my photos as its faster for me to tweak the colors in lightroom and photoshop.

Doll stands and pop clips were used to support the doll posing and ribbons flying.
The recent photoshop AI really helps a lot remove doll stand and joints within instant!
(In the past took me 10x more time 😂)

Yes, once you have a well exposed negative, you can do what you want to with it.

I usually expose to the right by two stops to maximize the raw data. I find that the contrast and saturation sliders in Lightroom introduce less noise when you do, but that's a lot more forgiving with indoor photography where I have a lot of control over the light; with outdoor there is too much risk that sunlight will blow something out so I never chance it.

That's awesome, I'm getting some of those.

Trying to recreate winter snowing scene using Chanel Xmas setup in a mall this year.
Never see actual snow fall in my life before as I was born in tropical country without 4 seasons. It was as hot as 30°C when I was taking these photos

As always, your photos look incredible, polished and professional. You probably made the mall display look better in these than it does in full-scale photos. She looks like she had a jolly stroll- I especially love the shot of her catching snowflakes. So much joy pouring out of that picture.

She's lovely, and the outfit really makes her face-up pop.

Thank you! The first photo with snowflake is my fav, I used some snowbrush to create the snow fall effect, glad it turned out really nice! 🥰
Wish I can take photos in real snow land someday~

In the US, central New Jersey, Massachusetts, New York, and Pennsylvania have places where you can create scenes like that. We have lots of places with snow here, but those are the places I know of that match that scene the best.

Autumn Ginkgo
I come from a tropical country hence never really had a change to see ginkgo in real. Shooting my doll under ginkgo tree has been always one of my wish list.
Really happy I managed to catch some last moment of ginkgo foliage during my Shanghai trip earlier this month.
