Put in wrong address on volks jp

I feel stupid but I ordered from volks jp with a Japanese address when I live in the us. It’s missing my city and state… I tried to just cancel my order but it won’t let me. I’m freaking out 😭  it was kinda a big order and I’m afraid I’m not going to receive it. What do I do now? 

It usually takes a while for the orders to be fulfilled (I think the current wait time is 2 weeks?) so you have time to message them and explain the error.

That’s good. I didn’t realize I could email them till after I posted this. I was worried that they would have shipped it out before seeing my email 😭. Tysm
