ateliervanilla Posted October 18, 2023 I preordered Chimikko DD Anya last week through the JP store, and my credit card transaction disappeared this week for that purchase. My credit card name isn't different from my Volks store account, so does that mean the order will still be cancelled anyway? Did anyone experience the same issue? In my experience, the initial transaction is a temporary authorization that drops off shortly after it's made, and you will see the charge show up within a few weeks. Login to the online store and see if you see the order. It may be in the "lottery / preorder" section of My Page.
