UFdoll has been one of my favourite doll makers ever since I adopted my tiny 1/12 scale boy and the cute sculpt and soft feel of the material won me over. The concept of plastic material that is strung like a classic resin BJD also fascinates me. So currently I have the 1/12 one and two 1/6 boys with me, but the other day I discovered that they now also have 1/4 anime style boys. Coupled with their low price point (another thing I like about UFdoll) I couldn't stop my impulse, just look at them. I noticed though that I couldn't find any pictures of the not clothed body, but it appears to share the exact measurements with a previous 1/4 boy body from UFdoll? And also that they didn't showcase these heads with the skin tone fitting for the body for some reason, haha. But I wondered if anybody knows if it is just the same body, just now bundled with anime style heads instead. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I was even considering getting the Xiaonuo girl for a bit, but I was worried she'd be really heavy 😅 I can't find any nude photos of the boys (or girls) either, but since Xiaonuo and the other girl's legs look the exact same as the 1/4 girl body, I would assume that those 2 boys use their normal 1/4 boy body as well. Yes, the faceup for the fullsets is very cute! I did get them blank because they will join my army of character dolls, but I love it when there are little effects like the hearts in the eyeliner. Oh, and I'm pretty sure they will have a bit of weight, their 1/6 dolls are pretty similar in that regard to tinyfox, I'm sure 1/4 will be also. Personally I kind of like that weight, it is pleasant to hold them or have them sit on your lap sometimes, haha. And yeah, with the body I figured this will probably be the one they are using? MoiBakaDesu Posted December 12, 2023 So my boys arrived at the warehouse and I can report they look indeed very cute, I think I like the body a lot. On the pictures it seems to have a bit of shine to it, but that might just be the lighting. MoiBakaDesu Posted December 22, 2023 Sorry for triple posting, but here they are now, without faces and not styled wigs. I have to admit, I an just a little bit disappointed. They really don't have the coating I am used to from my smaller UFdolls and feel quite plastic-like and light. That being said they are still well made and hold poses nicely. I'd say for their price point of only around 50$ if you get them from taobao directly they are very nice inexpensive dolls. 4 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

One of the skin tones is supposed to be a match for Volks Semi-white, so DD hybrids are possible.
