Error when attaching images

Recommended Posts

RiverRealms

Hi,

I'm suddenly getting an error when I try to add images to a post. I could this morning but now I get the same error across several devices, operating systems, browsers and with different images, including an image that I could add roughly 15 hours ago.

Does anyone know what this is about?

The error very helpfully just says "7 Please contact us for assistance."

I'm also experiencing this issue, I was able to upload images just this morning, but while I was uploading a bunch, it suddenly cut off in the middle of uploading and gave the same error message.

I did a quick test and it seems to be working again for me. Maybe it was just a temporary issue.

I found the error message a bit funny. Something's wrong, ok can you give me the details? Error message: "7" very informative 😂

I had a similar issue, but only when I tried to upload an image from the Instagram folder on my phone - the original image from the camera folder uploaded just fine!

Odd, I tried from both my phone and my PC. No connection to any services, just regular images in a regular folder. Who knows what happened, certainly not the error message, but as long as things work again it doesn't matter 😀
