Struggling with the quote option

Hi all,

I have some struggles with the quote option when using it on my iPhone.

Problem is that I can not move the quote box lower in a post. For some reason it is not possible to place the blinking vertical line (no idea how that is called) in front of the quote box. Also removing the quote completely is not possible and if I have not typed anything below the quote box it ads the text within the quote box. When that happens I have to go out of the topic, back in and make the post again. 
 

I have to note that I don’t experience this issue with my pc. It only is a problem on my iPhone. 

Any advice is welcome.
