Face band-aid?

Recommended Posts

memo96

I was wanting to make a band-aid to go on the face of one of my dolls but not wanting to just have it painted on flat. I'm unsure which material to use. Has anyone done this sort of thing?

My first thought is to use an air dry clay? But I'm worried if I can't get it off if I ever want to change it in future. I don't know. Let me know if you have an idea

Azone made some Band-Aid stickers here. Not sure which would be the right size to put on a doll's face (not that I recommend it), but probably SS/S size.

I think air dry clay is a very good idea, you can just stick it on with a little bit of blue tack without having to worry about damaging your doll.

There's a faceup artist on Insta that I adore that does just that! But they also do more traditional looking band-aids and I wish I knew how they did that! Maybe the latter is what OP wants?
