Paid for Anya & did not realize my city and state were not in my address change

I cannot believe this is happening but I finally looked at my confirmation for Anya after paying and my address is listed as

zip code (other) street address.

 

I emailed them saying I missed the mistake and updated my address with my city and state but re-read the confirmation email again and it said if you if you change your address after winning a lottery (Anya is a lottery though) that your order will be cancelled.

I am beyond upset and freaking out!! Has this happened to anyone before?

Did they respond to the email? The main thing they want to prevent is people transferring their purchase. If you just corrected the format, or added a missing zip code, I wouldn't think they would really see that as a change.

They haven’t responded yet I caught it early this morning when I was going through my personal emails. So pretty sure it was too late JP time. Hopefully I will get an answer later tonight. 😭
