parabox head on MDD body?

im planning on giving one of my dolls a little upgrade, but i currently dont want to get a new head and faceup right now. the body i want to get is a mochi-ashi MDD, since its a PERFECT fit for her since shes actually an oc. the only problem is, im not sure if parabox heads can fit on MDD bodies, and im a little worried that the proportions are gonna look off.

currently, shes a parabox 40cm with the May head which seems to be one of the smallest heads for their 1/3 lineup. i dont really know what color she came in so i also dont know if i should get the flesh body or semi white. if the head is too small, i think i have a blank parabox head laying around in my room i can try and give a faceup in my free time

any help and tips with this so i know what to get ?

You'll need to buy a neck adapter (such as greyforce) to place a non-Volks head on a Volks body. There are DIY ways to rig this up, but the gist is that the neck peg for MDD is a lot smaller than the neck hole on a Parabox/Obitsu head, so it needs some sort of stopper to keep it in place.

I've been looking into a stopper too but for a BJD head... I think that a stopper that works for a BJD head will likely work for a Parabox one as a word of note...

I don't think Parabox offers any alternate skin tones, so it is most likely Obitsu Whitey, which best matches Volks Flesh/Fresh.

My Tiffany is a Parabox Hime-Ane on a Dollbot body, but she uses Volks Flesh Skin elf ears and they're basically a perfect color match.

 

Be aware that MDD f3 and MDD 2.0 bodies come with different neck pegs, so make sure you get a compatible adapter. Maybe the 2.0 rubber rings by themselves are already enough?

That will be a lot of tape. There is a considerable difference between the neck peg hole on a Parabox/Obitsu/Azone head and that of a Volks head.
