Rella Posted April 26 (edited) I’ve been stain treating my doll for a while now and when I was rinsing her leg I noticed it was weirdly bent? I’m having issues with posing it as well I’m not sure what’s going on. I decided I’m not going to continue stain treating her until I figure this out. baldylox Posted April 27 It looks like the frame piece below the right knee has been turned around 180 degrees. It should be arching to the rear of the doll, not the front. Try spinning it around and see if that fixes it. Billy I gave up counting the girls I own, they keep multiplying and won't stop.

Is it supposed to look like this?
Galvatim Posted April 27 That's bent out of shape. You'll have to heat it up, using a hair dryer, heat gun or hot, near boiling water. Then, bend it back to straight up and down, and immediately dunk it in ice water. It should stay in the shape you want.
baldylox Posted April 28 I concur with @Galvatim , that is definitely bent and needs to get straightened out using the methods he described. Good luck! Billy I gave up counting the girls I own, they keep multiplying and won't stop.

Update: I tried it by myself earlier this week with a hair dryer and it didn't work that well but I just tried it with a friend and we used a heat gun and it worked a lot better! I put the frame together her knee looks a lot better now! Thank you for the help!
