There are 3 pole pieces, plus the giant decorative piece on top, and smaller one on bottom Fully assembled it is 42 inches. Thats right inches, not centimeters Here Saber demonstrates it is literally twice her height (luckily the pole is hollow, so very light) but, you could always only half~assemble (only to 29 inches) for a more manageable display (or to make it look a fierce lance?) The giant banner is 28 by 8 inches. There are 3 points on top with ties to attach to the pole. It has wiring sewn it for posing, but otherwise is a heavy thing that would absolutely need extra support points if you plan to pose it dramatically with the doll Hope that helps!
