Hi all!

I've had an interest in dolls for a few years now, but only in the past few months have I really let myself fall down the rabbit hole. I've been lurking here for a week or so, slowly absorbing info while waiting for my girl to finally arrive - which she has today! An Azone Amane (The fate of blaze) store exclusive version that AmiAmi somehow had in stock. I want to make clothes for her, so I'll be poking around the Obitsu section (and may venture out of there when I'm ready to start making plans about her sister).

Welcome, and good choice! My first big doll was also an Azone (Alice from the Ellen series), and I have been tempted to get an Amane many times. Hope to see pics of her when you’re ready to show her off.

Thank you! And yes, I fell in love with her immediately (the kemomimi headband+tail are some real cute points on her otherwise cool outfit, and her hair is so pretty), but I made myself think over the decision for a couple of months before committing. I'll put a thread up for her in New Arrivals when I'm done with the pictures ^^

Also, I love Alice's hair - such a lovely color.

Welcome! My first doll adjacent to this specific hobby was also an Azone- a Picco Neemo. Assuming your girl is the one in the profile pic, I can already tell she's lovely. 😉 I hope you enjoy the forum!

I'm a fan of the faceup on her, esp with the emphasis you put on her lower lashes.

Yes, and thanks! I figured I might as well use my own (attempt at) photography as an icon for once, lol.

These are the Pureneemos. I believe they also released 1:3 scale versions of them (Yuyu left and Riri right).

Those are so cute! I've heard of Assault Lily before - they have SFW ASMR on DLsite, which are nice, but I've not heard the greatest things about the anime. I've never actually looked too much into their dolls though.
