Sakura Miku DD got refunded in my account, but i never cancelled it, and the order still says preparing for shipment

on may 18 i purchased the sakura miku dollfie on volks JP, and everything worked and i got my order and order number

but today, may 23, i got a refund in my bank account and the money is back to my wallet, but the order is still there and it still says “preparing for shipment” the transaction used to be on pending, but now it’s just came back to me.

does that mean my order is cancelled?

i used the same account name, shipping address and the same name as my credit card. i want to send them a support email but they don’t reply on the weekends, and since the pre-order ends on the 25 (this sunday) would i still be able to get it, if it gets cancelled? knowing they would only reply on monday

this is my first time ordering from volks jp so i don’t know if it’s normal and the order is still gonna come or they cancelled it for some reason.

also in the support email do i type in japanese or english?

I was worried this might happen to me, but it hasnt. I'd suggest emailing them and calling your bank. I would also purchase it again to make sure, you can probably cancel one of the orders if the first one went through and your bank just messed up

Volks doesn't normally allow cancelations, so if you order again you will probably end up getting two of them. I would contact Volks. Sometimes what happens is you have a pre-authorization that falls off your account before Volks actually processes the payment a few weeks later.
