Parabox Missing Item in Order

Hi. I would like to know if anyone has any experience that their order from Parabox has a missing item? I ordered on early June a full Akari doll, decal eyes and P-chan head. The P-chan head was missing when it came. I emailed them and a non-japanese admin responded that she will be forwarding my issue to the japan admin. I haven't heard from them still so I followed up after a week. Same sender said japan admin haven't contacted them yet. It makes me feel less hopeful if my item will still be delivered, let alone payment reverted. Has anyone have missing parabox order experience? How did it go?

Parabox has reached out to me and they are going to deliver my P-chan head fees will be paid by Parabox. Just sharing in case anyone would go through the same issue
