I ordered on early June a full Akari doll, decal eyes and P-chan head. The P-chan head was missing when it came. I emailed them and a non-japanese admin responded that she will be forwarding my issue to the japan admin. I haven't heard from them still so I followed up after a week. Same sender said japan admin haven't contacted them yet. It makes me feel less hopeful if my item will still be delivered, let alone payment reverted.
