Hello from Danial! New to Dollfie + Excited to Join the Community

Hi everyone,

I’m Danial — completely new to the Dollfie and BJD (ball-jointed doll) world, and honestly, a little overwhelmed but super fascinated! I came across Dollfie Dream while researching character design and instantly fell in love with the creativity and detail in this community.

By day, I work on skincare branding (I love clean aesthetics and subtle design), but I’ve always had a soft spot for collectibles, art toys, and anything expressive. Discovering the Dollfie scene felt like finding a secret world where creativity meets craftsmanship — and I knew I had to learn more.

I don’t own a Dollfie yet, but I’ve been browsing models and builds and trying to understand what goes into customizing. I’d love any beginner tips — especially around choosing your first doll or must-have accessories for someone just starting out.

Looking forward to meeting people, learning from you all, and maybe eventually sharing a doll of my own someday!
