This one is called Isaro Doll; their Twitter is here and their Booth is here. They sell 1/6 dolls that kind of look like giant Picconeemos. I’m not sure what they’re made of, but probably resin since they come with certificates of authenticity. They were selling painted heads at the venue and listed the unsold ones on their Booth, but those seem to be special cases. If you preorder from their Booth, the heads will come blank. Interestingly, they offer two shades of tan skin! I’m not sure where this company is from—they only advertise in Japanese, but shipping is outrageously expensive and they have a disclaimer about the buyer being responsible for import charges on international shipments. I’m guessing Korea, but possibly China. If you preorder a doll through their Booth, you need to buy the shipping to Japan separately for ¥4500.
