We're supposed to start seeing lottery results today.  

Until when the results can go? To know when to lose hope

The page says results between January 16th and 30th.  Not sure why they made it so wide of a range.

Historically, lottery results are late in the day on the first announced day.  Although sometimes they've been sent out the day before or the day after.  I'm not sure why they have two weeks set aside for the results this time.  My only guess would be because of people who win but don't carry through with paying.  They're giving people 5 days from their results to pay, so that gives them a chance to do a few passes if someone skips out.

I think way back there were at least two passes with Ranko V2. There was a group of people who got notices on the first day, and then the following week some more people got notices after thinking they had whiffed.

 

Got my result email.  Completed payment/checkout.  I suppose I'll have a Sasara sometime next month.

Put in for the Prince, Sasara, her outfit and one of the swallow. Won them all. Must have a ton of stock for this lottery. Wishing everyone good vibes in winning their lotteries. 

I didn’t got any Email 😭 I knew I wasn’t going to win. I never do. I just wish I had won the uniform set. The one I order was lost in transit.

People have till 1-20 to pay. Expect more emails sent out if anyone doesn't pay after that date. 

Whoa... I won her! Kind of in a state of shock right now because I never win any of the VolksUSA lotteries. 100% losing streak with them 😭

I didn't get her uniform, but I do see the seifuku in the aftermarket from time to time, so not completely worried...

I had put mine on vacation hold and recently received her earlier this month. Shes very cute and pretty in person and I like how the DDdy 2.0 looks compared to the original.

Well, the DDdy 2.0 looks less like it has boob missiles, but the antigravity device is still fully engaged.

Any idea when the body will be available? Idk how long the other 2.0s took.

No, not yet. 

Since I didn't get one Friday, I thought it would be the end of this week before they shipped out.  But this morning I have a ship notice.

Got my tracking numbers today. Not shipped yet though.

Same.  Volks sent me the notice that it had shipped along with a tracking number.  But the tracking number is still showing as awaiting the hand off of the package to the carrier.

Part of that is the volume of mail the post offices / UPS in LA are dealing with. It seems to take a few days for them to show the package as received, even though it's already in their possession.

I kind of expected it, but I'm slightly let down by the box.  It's one of the generic flimsy flip top boxes with a printed label attached rather than a full coffinbox.  I had hoped that since Sasara was kind of semi-legendary doll on the secondary market that this v2 would at least get a coffinbox with a label if not a full printed coffinbox.  Sadly, that doesn't seem meant to be.

Then again, what kind of box did the original V1 have?

Her booklet is a different size.  It's packed with some flesh colored o-rings.  Not sure what those are just yet.

Those silicone o rings are for making the head tighter on the neck peg. Take off the head cap and ram the o rings onto the neck peg.

I believe her very first version with the black outfit came in one of those old yellow boxes similar to the flimsy whites they have now. Though it looks like her old white gothic version did come in a coffin slider box from looking at old unboxings and listings, it only had a sticker on it no fancy fully print one or anything. 

Guess they now only give the coffin slider boxes to dolls that come with big puffy outfits and extra accessories that otherwise wouldn't fit in the flimsy one.

i was Going to Go the O-Ring Route... - either with the VOLKS Rings, or a 1000ct. Assortment of Clear Silicone Rings off of the BAY -

But then i Tried a Single-Revolution Wrap of my Girls' Neck Pegs with White PVC Tape;

Press the Heads on with Finger-Pressure upon the Neck-Recess-Dome from inside the Head...

and the Heads slide right on home Reassuringly Firmly.
