Official intro!

Hellooo! My name is Valentino / Val!  He/him. I’m super big into J-fashion (ex yamikawaii, jirai kei, gurokawa etc.) as well as rhythm games such as enstars, hypmic etc.!

I’ve been into BJDs for around 2-ish years now, but since im going to graduate hs soon (And hopefully be able to make more money) I wanna start investing into BJD/Vinyl Dolls more!! 

 

The initial plan was for me to create my OC, but due to all the complicated parts I wanted (Puyoo Kumakodoll, which now I might get an Imomodoll instead) I’ll leave it to when I have more hands-on experience! (although I do love him)

 

For now my first projects will probably be enstars character dolls as I get a feel for everything!! I’ll probably stick with DD/ DDB for them or go hybrid with Resinsoul bodies + DDH. Tips/advice are much appreciated, and I hope I enjoy my time here as I start a new journey for my hobbies ♪(๑ᴖ◡ᴖ๑)♪

 

First off, I love your art?? OMG. And the moodboard too, it seems very thorough, lol. I'm excited to see your doll, whenever he does come around. My MDD was supposed to be a menhera/yamikawaii girly, but she's kind of shifted into more of a jirei kei girly due to the lack of clothes in the former style that I could find.  My DDP girly would work great as a menhera, actually, but again, I haven't been able to find a lot of clothes in that style and size... Sorry for rambling, lol. Welcome to the forum, Val!

NONO DW ABT ABOUT RAMBLING! Its nice to see fellow doll enthusiasts share fashion styles I enjoy as well :3 I’ll probably make Jiko (my oc) after I finish my first doll, I found out how to dye vinyl dolls so I can get the skintone I want now!! Also your dolls are so super cute!
