Ternurita Sad Welcoming (DDdy Sasara)

I got my 20th anniversary Sasara today, and what should have been a very happy day turn out to be very bittersweet. First she was delayed for several days. When I bought her I also bought her uniform separately from Buyee. I end up doing a consolidation package which means you pay for both packages to be shipped together. Today when I got her; her outer box was completely smashed. I had a bad feeling right away. When I open her her default box was complete smashed too. Thankfully she wasn’t damaged. I would have been fine because I never keep the default boxes anyways. But then I noticed her uniform outfit was nowhere to be found. I paid for that outfit separately of course. Not only I paid for shipping that included both items, but for the tariffs as well. The tariffs included the price of both items. I have never had any issues with buyee before until know. I don’t know what to do. I already contacted Buyee and I hope they are able to explain what happened with the missing outfit and give me a refund.

Now let me introduce you to my new girl. Her name is Ternurita. I have to say I’m not a big fan of the new DDdy body. It feels too flat and less voluptuous. But it might be my imagination. In the plus side it feels very firm and strong.

Oh that's such a bummer!  I'm glad she's intact at least.  

That looks like they did not consolidate at all, normally when they do that they also repack everything in one box.

Glad the doll is okay.

 

Oh no… that’s unfortunate :( Hope you’ll be able to resolve the issue with Buyee. That’s really unprofessional on their part.

Oh no, I would have been absolutely heartbroken seeing that. I'm glad she ended up being okay though. She is lovely! I hope you're still able to enjoy her even with the bummer of an arrival 

Oh no I'm sorry to hear you had a rough start with this doll. It's a relief she got to you in one piece though, she's quite cute. I hope you'll get some answer on what happened to your missing package.
