yuiforia Posted January 31 (edited) Hii! I got my Miku 2 days ago and to be fair, pose her a lot, but one of her legs seem looser and more outwards than the other one Pics for examples - warning doll nudity https://ibb.co/xK8Th9jn https://ibb.co/23R11Qxb https://ibb.co/TB7y8Mz9 https://ibb.co/1fjCZtt9 (Can't upload images for some reason, sorry if links don't work I'll try again) When she bends in anyway one leg will be more outwards in the butt area and it's even more prominent in person where you can see the whole joint inside. Her whole leg also randomly disconnects from her hip as well. Every time it disconnects and comes loose I just squeeze her back into place and it usually works but I wanna know if theres a solution to where I don't have to worry about posing her and her whole leg coming loose. I'll probably contact volks about it but I wanna know if there's any solution first. Edited January 31 by yuiforia added additional image
Kiwi717 Posted February 1 (edited) I can't see the images. Which Miku is it? The f3 body is kind of known for such issues. I haven't found a fix aside from just being mindful with posing. I'm sure someone else has an idea though. If it's the 2.0 body, I'm really not sure. It could be that her leg wasn't fitted snuggly to begin with and you may have to pop it back on for it to be seated properly. 0bsequi0us Posted February 1 I had a similar issue with my MDD 2.0 (one leg super loose, prone to falling off)... I can't say if this will be at all helpful because I don't know if DD 2.0 and MDD 2.0 have the same hip mechanism, but I'll describe what fixed it for me just in case it helps out 😓 For me the issue ended up being that I'd just sort of jammed the leg back on after removing it to change the torso, and I didn't realize that the leg peg and hip cylinder have sort of an interlocking mechanism that holds the leg in snugly and the leg has to be inserted at a certain angle to truly fit. I was still able to jam the leg back on, but it wasn't really fully on if that makes any sense. It's hard to describe with words, but when you look into that hip cylinder you might (If DD 2.0 is similar to MDD 2.0, that is) be able to see what I'm talking about... like there's a half-circle shaped slot the leg part should be able to fit into. I had to do some fiddling with it and the angle I ended up inserting it seemed really weird at first, but I could definitely feel the difference when the leg was inserted properly.
