persimmon Posted April 27 (edited) There are some options but they are fairly limited. Obitsu has a 150cm doll that comes with a head. Parabox has Sofubi sisters which are 110cm tall but I am not sure how large the head is other than it definitely appears larger than 40cm. Parabox also has the Otohime line which are 80cm dolls with head sizes that range from 40-42cm. Not quite life sized but it's fairly large.
