I'm Jaelynn (she/they), a thirty-something current Children's Librarian soon to be (hopefully) an elementary teacher who spends probably too much of their meager income on dolls and doll related things! After 15 years as a collector of resin BJDs I just recently got into the vinyl doll with my first Dollfie Dream, a used DDII body with a DDH-09 head, and I fell in love. (After owning and painting realistic resin faceups for so long, I struggled a bit with transitioning to the Dollfie Dream anime style and Blaire ended up as a blend of the two styles, haha.) Because the one Dollfie I'd planned on is no longer enough, I'm in the process of getting a used DDS body to pair with a DDH-06 head, and I'm also getting into Imomodoll. With all of the research I've been doing to better understand vinyl dolls, I've been doing a LOT of lurking on this forum, and I figured it was time to finally make an account!
