thisjaelynn Posted July 13 Listen. I was already so impressed by the poseability of my first Dollfie on a DDII body, but this week I got my first Dollfie Dream Sister, and I am officially obsessed. My new girl is a DDH-06 head on an older DDS body that I got for a low price due to some messily repaired joints. I gave her a rough faceup with watercolor pencils and pastels while waiting for new paintbrushes to arrive with plans to redo her in acrylics this weekend... but she's so cute as-is that I haven't done it yet! I have been having so much fun with her. The size is perfect for me, and the improved skelton on the DDS is a delight to pose and arrange compared to my DDII and my resin crew. She can hold things! She can make so many natural gestures! She stands SO well! She can even hold a guitar and have it look right! So yeah. I was always a resin doll collector and I didn't really get the vinyl doll hype... but I get it now! 11 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Xiongmao Posted August 4 DDS are the best. As for hands... Chisato came with gun holding hands! If you want more 1:3 scale accessories the Our Generation/American Girl stuff is fantastic. We also randomly came across some more perfect sized hand guns at a convention last weekend. Word has it they're hooman keyrings but they are an identical size to the Lycoris pair's weapons. 1 My Dollfie doll family December 2024 😊. I have four 60cm resin dolls that I love dearly, but I don't plan to collect any more at this point! I may honestly be done collecting more resin dolls entirely and switch completely to vinyl! Like, on one hand, I feel like I actually discovered them at the perfect time in my life to really appreciate their magic and start building my collection, but I also feel like I've been missing out!
