Has anyone else had issues with Adyka Doll?

Hi! After taking a several-year-long hiatus, I’m back and recently discovered Adyka Doll and fell in love with the pink and purple girlies! In late September, I purchased a Flex Doll in Sakura Pink to create my fiancé's OC in doll form. Unfortunately, all I received was a small bust in Sakura Pink. I emailed them immediately after opening my package, but it’s been two weeks since I got my order, and I still haven't received a response from them. Recently, my fiancé placed an order for a flex body in semi-white, which just arrived today. Unfortunately, he was also only sent a bust. We double-checked our orders and can confirm that we both ordered full bodies (I know the semi-white is just the torso and legs), yet we only received busts. Has anyone else encountered similar issues? Does anyone know a better way to contact them instead of their email? I'm just confused since I *have* ordered from them before and received everything correctly.

Can you file a PayPal dispute or issue a chargeback? That’ll get their attention.

I'd also message the owner on instagram (user is the same as the shop name, adykadoll) and see if that gets a response. Really strange that'd they sent out the wrong part twice and haven't responded to you though, while I've never ordered from them I've seen the owners posts and they seemed like a good brand,, 

As Angelpaws suggested, message Erica on her Instagram account as she posts there regularly and always answers her messages.  She is in the Dominican Republic but I am not sure where her products are shipped from.  She is awesome to deal with and will definitely hook you up with what you were supposed to get.  She is a doll collector and prides herself on good service so PLEASE do not go to Paypal until you try her first.  Message her directly and she will definitely help you out with this.

EDIT:  Erica has replied to me on Instagram about this and is looking into it right now.  She says not to worry as she will get it figured out for you.

Thank you all for your replies and suggestions! Thanks to @baldylox, everything was able to be sorted out! I love everything I've gotten from Adyka so far, so I can't wait to get my order. She was very kind and let me keep the busts as a gift!
