Help! What color is this doll?

Can anyone please help me figure out what color this smart doll is? I saw her in a Facebook DD group and fell in love. I’m totally new to smart dolls, and even after researching, the pictures of milk vs. cinnamon seem so inconsistent, and I really want to get the skin tone right.

I was planning to buy from the official site and already had her in cinnamon in my catr but now I’m second guessing. I saw that the version with the fangs is sold out in milk, so if this one is actually milk, I’d have to paint them myself, but I want to be sure before I buy. 

Also, would appreciate help telling me where her wig is from

Given how similar she looks to Sakura Miku and that Milk is a close match to Volks Flesh, she’s probably Milk, but it’s really hard to tell in photos. Sometimes Cinnamon and Milk look the same depending on the lighting, but the difference is so obvious irl.

I suppose since you’re asking here, it’s not possible to ask the owner directly?
