Below is a blog post/ semi tutorial on how I made a Lina Inverse wig for my 50cm Obitsu doll, but the method can be used for any type of doll:

I hope the methods I used can be useful for someone else. This wig tutorial was already typed up, hence why it is surfacing before I post the halter neck top pattern. Sorry that that pattern is so delayed.
