Thanks hihihellokitty! It really is an easy fix which cheers me up. I'd do it myself but with something so lovely I'd rather leave it in the hands of my handy mom It's just disappointing to have just bought something only to have things go wrong with it you know?

 

The accessories that came with it are so cute! I need to buy holding hands though >.>;;; When I did have her holding things she looked like she was going to attack someone

 

I loved seeing Mayu-Mayu again all grown up! She really was a cutie! How much longer did you end up staying at the store?

I went to the store and even with pulling a decent number, a few of the items I was getting for someone else were already snagged. I think it didn't help that some of the items either didn't have a translated name on them, or if they did, they snagged the one on top that had the name instead of one under it, so I couldn't find them readily.

 

All in all though, I did get what I went for, the Steam Signal Red, and four items for Nekopon. It was also nice seeing just about everyone who's participated in the So Cal meet ups there and a familiar face from Fanime.

Haruka totally gets the Steam Signal Red. Seeing her in a photo wearing it a few months back is what sold me on both Haruka and that outfit. I'll just say that trying to put the outfit onto her was an adventure. I'll be taking pictures and posting those soon.

Haruka will look great in that outfit! And yes I actually just read about the crack! Glad you & Max were able to have that problem fixed. But this just goes to show that there is something wrong with the bodies. I know Bailey said that some people damage their DDs when taking them apart to inspect them which of course I'm sure happens, but this showed that there really were damages right out of the box. I really really hope that if my Saber Nero has a crack that they have replacement parts on hand... otherwise I will be a very sad panda

I managed to get one thing. The msd backpack set in red. I also lost the fabled shoe/sock/bag set in the checkout

 

It was fun to try, and see what everyone else did or did not get. No worries folks! Volks will be gladly draining your wallets a month from now, and continuously from there. Your lifers, and your wallets are on life support!

 

Heh, you do know who you're aksing to wait right? I really, REALLY appreciate you offering to do this for me sir, it's very kind of you. But I can't wait that long to get the last maid set I need to complete my Maid Brigade. Unless it comes back up on the International site soon, I'll just have to find another maid set I like and get it instead. And I am NOT going to pay stupid aftermarket prices for this thing.

Ahhhh! That's an excellent idea! An all school girl battalion! Very cool! Will they be carrying weapons as well or just fighting with the power of schoolgirl moe?

 

I'd never even thought about doing a school uniformed version of the Maid Brigade, I really like that idea. Great job sir! I am *very* interested in seeing how this works out for you and your girls.

I just had an awesome idea. We need to get everyone here to outfit all their girls with either maid outfits or school uniforms so that Traveller and I can have "Chapters" of the "Maid Brigade" and the "Schoolgirl Gang" all over the world!

So far all of my girls will have school girl outfits, but I only have 3 so I don't think that really counts as an army of school girls, lol. It's a start though. Funny part is I didn't actually do it on purpose. I got my first girl the outfit because I thought she'd look cute in it then I ended up winning Haruka and Rise. XD

Dude, take your time. I still need another maid outfit for MY Yukino. So no worries. Once I get her all taken care of, I can finally do some photos of my entire family of girls all done up in maid uniforms. I dunno about anyone else but *I* am certainly looking forward to that.

Congrats on hearing back on your shipping! I bet you're happy about that. And as for your brigade numbers... are you NUTS??? NINE girls isn't a lot or enuff for a brigade? You better get some pics of all of them in their uniforms ( maid and schoolgirls ) STAT! Rei will want to see your maids and I'm not sure which of Travellers girls will want to check the school uniforms out for inspection. Either way, you have MORE than enuff for a squad or brigade! I got a shipping notice too. I was a little worried I'd see a cancel or something as this seemed like a pretty fierce "click war". However, all four outfits are on their way, two of which are school uniforms.

 

Now to wait...

I didn't get a shipping notice yet. But the last time I bought from VolksUSA they took several days to ship my stuff. Somehow I have the feeling they're gonna do it again. Oh well. No rush. Have gotten so much dolly stuff lately anyway.
