finnleo Posted June 21, 2012 A couple of spur of the moment shots, after realizing the blood maple I had stumped last winter had sprouted some very dark leaves (their usually just dark red, and not nearly black), so had to get a lady shot with them pronto: A bit of hit and miss with my point and shooter being in auto mode for brightness, but not bad I think for a ten minute dash into the back yard.. heh Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Amusing what you can find in your back yard if you look. I have a few poppy's also back there I wanted to take pictures with since their very occasional (they only bloom for a day or two), and bright colored, but unfortunately the rain hammered them away before I got the chance.
