Juu-Yuki Faceup Corner 12: Sakura Matou #2

Hello, it's me again ^^' (I feel kind of bad making so many threads..... )

 

I had the privilege to work on another Sakura mold this month which was exciting. The owner wanted her to look like a Yuki but sweeter and cuter? I had a lot of trouble with this one because for one, you can't really get any cuter or sweeter than a Yuki (the reason for the $2000+ price tag). But, I tried my best with what I had The owner gave me a lot of freedom to do whatever I wanted with her. I am sorry if she doesn't meet your expectations, she passed mine T^T -sniffles-

 

Repaint included:

- Head cleaning and faceup removal

- Custom design and painting

- 3 coats of sealant

- Pinky Orange Blushing

- Glossed lips

- Eyelashes

 

I tried a different photo style this time. I hope I am improving, photography is not really my thing =/

Gorgeous! I love the sharp edges to her eyelashes, they make her look sweet but also rather.... powerful? So she's cute, but not a girl you want to mess with!

I'd have to say that she does sorta look a little like a Yuki. She's gorgeous!

 

Also, I don't see any of the blue around the high-contrast edges in these pics. Whatever you did differently with the photos worked to prevent that. Bravo.

It helps that Sakura has a very similar face to Yuki. At first I thought the eyeliner was a bit heavy, but it may be the eyelashes that are photographing against the paint making it seem thicker.

 

Of course, I grabbed my Serena to stare at her face-up.

Sakura looks like she has more make-up on and is ready for a night on the town!

I really like her! Those dark eyelashes are so pretty~

And your photos are always excellent. If anything you could maybe reduce the sharpening or noise reduction for a more glamorous/dreamy mood, but that's up to taste.

I'd like to see how she looks with dark eyes like Yuki has, for me that turned out to be part of her appeal

This one turned out great. I love how you did the eyes and her lips are very lovely. I also love the eye choice to show her off.
